Returns Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a customer wishes to return an item. Our return policy covers three scenarios: (1) damaged items, (2) wrong order items, and (3) change of mind.

Conditions for Return

In the case of damaged items, please take photographs of each broken item for verification. For instance, if there are 10 broken items, kindly photograph all 10 and submit them along with your return request.

For other returns it is necessary that the item be in pristine and brand-new condition. Upon its return to us, the item will be evaluated to ensure it meets the required standards for a refund

All return requests must be submitted within a 30-day window from the date of receipt.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method for 100% of the returned item's price minus the shipping fee.
